ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to implead the petitioner/proposed 3rd respondent as the third respondent in the quash petition in Crl.OP.No.24384 of 2025 pending on the file of this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the husband of one Keerthigaa Kabilar, who is alleged to have been treated by the accused, who is the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 24384 of 2025. He further submitted that based on the fabricated documents, All Women Police Station, T.Nagar had registered a case against the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may not be a necessary party in the present proceedings. However, in the event of the petitioner/proposed party required for enquiry, the 2nd respondent police may enquire him.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed with the above observation.
