ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Cr.No.613/2024 dated 21.10.2024. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.613 of 2024 within a period of two months from today.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
