Mr.K.Raja, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2025, and by re-scrutinising petitioner's documents as stipulated in proceedings of first respondent dated 08.09.2025 in Letter No.14436/E4/ThaAPoKa/Salem/2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 18.11.2025 to the respondents seeking to reconsider his candidature by conducting a reverification/ re-scrutinising process of his documents and till such time, to keep one post of Driver - cum - Conductor vacant, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
