This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6 imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31278 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025 that, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of registered Advocates Clerks Association, Thiruvallur and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be release don bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each, in which one surety must be a blood surety, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. 2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition towards non-refundable deposit of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of registered Advocates Clerks Association, Thiruvallur as imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31278 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025, however the condition to execute the sureties alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram.
