(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Proceedings dated 20.02.2025, issued by the Senior Deputy Manager (HRD), State Express Transport Corporation (TN) Ltd., would show that the order of this Court has been implemented.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the revised pay fixed is not in accordance with the Pay Rules.

3. If any discrepancy exists in respect of revision of pay scale as per the applicant, it is for the applicant to approach the competent authorty authority by way of representation. As the order of this Court has been implemented, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience of the order of this Court and there is no need to reopen the contempt petition.
