ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.376 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The petitioner herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit seeking vacant possession of the suit schedule property against the respondent. The suit is of the year 2025. A perusal of the adjudication sheets filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that written statement of the respondent/defendant was filed only on 04.08.2025 and the suit is posed for framing of issues.

3. Taking into consideration the suit is of the year 2025 and issues are not yet framed, this court is not inclined to issue direction to the Trial Court. 2 of Page 6

4. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach this court after substantial progress in the suit.
