This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 659 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 06.10.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.462 of 2021 on the file of the MACT, Special District Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Though notice has been served and the names of the respondents are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 659 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 659 days, in the appeal.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case along with CMP.No.22234 of 2025 in CMA.SR.No.47320 of 2024 for admission in due course.
