ORDER

This Sub Application has been filed by the applicants seeking to defreeze the 1st applicant's Bank Account bearing Account No.740024881 maintained with Indian Bank, Dharapuram Branch, Tiruppur District. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for applicants submitted that frozen bank accounts of other accused have already been de-freezed, but, the 1st applicant's Bank Account has remained frozen which affects the business activities of the 1st applicant. That apart, investigation has been concluded and Charge Sheet has also been filed by the respondent Police and thus, there is no necessity to keep the 1st applicant's bank account frozen. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed that 1st applicant's Bank Account maintained with Indian Bank, Dharapuram Branch, Tiruppur District may be de-freezed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of respondent Police submitted that he has no serious objection for de-freezing the 1st applicant's Bank Account.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to allow this Sub Application. Accordingly, this Sub Application is allowed. Consequently, 1st applicant's Bank Account bearing Account No.740024881 maintained with Indian Bank, Dharapuram Branch, Tiruppur District is ordered to be de-freezed forthwith.
