ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the first respondent to issue Eligibility Certificate in respect of the petitioner's Application No.R.15012/ 033811/2025-Regn. dated 16.03.2025 and consequently permit the petitioner to write the FMGE examination.
2. Upon hearing the Learned Counsel the petitioner and perusing the affidavit and other records of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is fully eligible to be granted an Eligibility Certificate so to undertake the FMCE examination; however, the same was not granted. Therefore, the petitioner approach this Court.
3. Pending the writ petition, the Learned Counsel for the respondents took notice and submitted that the case of the petitioner is being considered in accordance with law.

4. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the Learned Counsel for the first respondent submitted that Eligibility Certificate to the petitioner has been granted on 22.12.2025 and a copy of the same is also produced.
5. In view thereof, a memo has also been filed by the 2nd respondent, which is also taken on record. Needless to mention that the second respondent, namely the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, shall duly consider the application of the petitioner without reference to the last date, without uploading the Eligibility Certificate and ensure that the petitioner also writes the examination on 17/01/2026. The petitioner can also forward a copy or upload a copy of the Eligibility Certificate as early as possible to both the first and second respondents.
6. The Authority shall act on the web copy of this order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
