ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue an appropriate direction to the respondent Police to comply with the order made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Perambalur in Crl.M.P.No.590 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025 and consequently to register a case and to investigate the same.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that as per the order dated 27.03.2025 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 590 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Perambalur, a case in Crime No.41 of 2025 has been registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 120B, 506(II), 417 and 420 of IPC as against three accused. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
