ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition viz., the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, VIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, once in three months commencing from the first working day of December, 2023 at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17032 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4610 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.384 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, a senior citizen, aged about 67 years is facing difficulty in complying the condition in view of his old age ailments. Hence, prays to relax the condition. 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent 3/5

police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently.

4.Considering the fact that petitioner is aged about 67 years having age related health ailments and the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the trial court once in three months on the first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
