Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 582 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, to call for the records in connection with the case in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2025 on the file of the Special Court for trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Tiruppur and set aside the same and subsequently, direct further investigation with a neutral and fair investigating officer in Crime No.133 of 2025 and also to issue direction to file the additional charge sheet in the above case based on their investigation by way of including the name of all accused.
