ORDER

The petitioner, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.11.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 331(3), 331(4), 305(e) of BNS and Section 25(1B)(a) of Indian Arms Act @ 331(4), 305(e) of BNS, 25(1B)(a) of Indian Arms Act, Section 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.548 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against this petitioner is that, this petitioner joining hands with other accused involved in house breaking and taking 90 numbers of bullets. Investigation was conducted and the petitioner was arrested and property was recovered. Hence this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner have been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner are in judicial custody since 04.11.2025; and that the petitioner are ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the entire bullets 2/4

(cartridges) was recovered after arresting the petitioner though it is stated that the petitioner has not having any previous cases, he entered into Forest Office and damaged it and taken the properties and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, that the petitioner has entered into the Forest Office and broken the door and taken away the properties, the investigation is pending in this case, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
