ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.11.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 5, 6 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, in Crime No.480 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The allegation against this petitioner is that, the police party on prior information about the possession of explosives conducted search at the place where the petitioner was staying, accordingly recovered various explosive materials including 120 numbers of Supreme plain detonators and 450 numbers of celery and other materials. Hence this case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is in judicial custody since 16.11.2025; and that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioner. He further stated that the petitioner is an employee of A2 and they have stored the seized properties.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner was 2/4
arrested only recently on 16.11.2025 and co-accused is still absconding, investigation is pending and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, that the petitioner was arrested only recently i.e., on 16.11.2025 and huge materials have been recovered, investigation is pending in this case, co-accused still absconding, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
