ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.10.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(c), 4(1)(a) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act amendment Act 2024, in Crime No.338 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 03.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29843 of 2025 on the following reasons:

"6. Taking into consideration the gravity and nature of offence committed by the petitioner, the petitioner is having 11 previous cases and the bad antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner." 3.Considering the facts that there is no change in circumstances in this 2/5
