This application has been filed by the applicant to receive the documents as additional documents.
2. According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main suit. The suit is filed for declaration and for permanent injunction. The documents mentioned in the application have already been filed in O.A.No.944 of 2024 and now the plaintiff wants to produce the documents in the main suit and those documents have to be marked as plaintiff's side documents. Therefore, filed this application.
3. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents. They have not filed counter.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the documents can be received subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility. The respondents are at liberty to raise any objections at the time of marking the documents in all aspects. 2/4
