ORDER

This Court, vide its order dated 15.12.2025, has already disposed of this writ petition giving a direction to the Registry to list this matter for reporting compliance on 05.01.2026. Accordingly, today, this matter is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by this Court in this writ petition has been complied with by the respondents. He has also placed on record the final order dated 26.12.2025 (seizure memorandum) passed by the first respondent. He further submits that that the petitioner proposes to challenge the said seizure memorandum in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

3. Since the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by this Court in this writ petition has already been complied with, no further orders are required, and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final order dated 26.12.2025 passed by the first respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 05-01-2026 RKM __________Page 2 of 4
