ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This Public Interest Litigation has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to establish a cremation ceremony building within the crematorium or adjacent to the crematorium at Singaravelar Road, Keezhaveli Village, Karaikal.
2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the representation is under active consideration and appropriate decision in that regard would be taken by the competent authority.
3. In that view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the representation and take
appropriate decision in the matter as early as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
