O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the Respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.06.2025 seeking revocation of order of suspension. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner was working as Secretary in Manjini Milk Producers Cooperative Society Limited, Manjini Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District. There were financial irregularities of the society. Therefore, on a complaint, enquiry was ordered under Section 81 of the Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, for which the petitioner is not cooperating for enquiry. The petitioner did not even produce any file as requested by the third respondent. In the meanwhile, the petitioner submitted the aforementioned representation seeking revocation of order of suspension of the petitioner. When the petitioner is not cooperating for enquiry under Section 81 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act and 2/4

when he failed to produce any file, the petitioner is not entitled for revocation of suspension order. Therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
