ORDER
The petitioner is a Class-I contractor. He intends to participate in the tender called by the respondents for black topping and foot path works. The bid is to be submitted online by 27.11.2025. Despite request, as the site visit certificate had not been issued to the petitioner, he is before this Court.
2. Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Chennai Corporation states that the site visit certificate will be issued by tomorrow ie., on 25.11.2025.
3. Recording the statement made by Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Chennai Corporation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
