ORDER
The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to issue site visit certificates. The site visit certificate is with respect to the demolition and construction of a storm water drains. The petitioner had sought for the certificate, yet which had not been issued. Hence, he is before this Court.
2. When the mention was made this morning, I informed the learned counsel for the petitioner to serve the entire set of papers to Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Chennai Corporation.
3. When I took the matter post lunch, Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Chennai Corporation states that the tender for storm water drain itself has been cancelled and hence the question of giving site visit certificate does not arise.

4. Recording the statement made by Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Chennai Corporation, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
