2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and reported that the petitioner is already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.OP.No.25592 of 2025 vide order dated 18.09.2025.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
