ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025, consequently allot the petitioner her flat bearing Old Door No.185 and New Door No.6/37 on payment of applicable charges.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she is a poor destitute woman lives alone after death of her husband. While so, in the year 2016, the respondent officials asked her to vacate her hut for building multi-storeyed flats and she vacated the house. As flats were built, she was not granted any allotment, hence, seeks for allotment of flat. Since, repeated representation and no action was forthcoming, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.10.2025 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
