The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 329(3), 132, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.444 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner entered into the school and quarrelled with some of the teachers and immediately the defacto complainant and another teacher intervened and stopped them, however these petitioners attacked the defacto complainant and teachers. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has six previous cases. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the nature of the offences and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 27.11.2025 sma 2/3
