Prayer in WP.No.46236 of 2025: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refund the Rs.20,00,000/- payable to the petitioner along with interest towards refundable security deposit in the account of the petitioner's Solar Power Plant HTSC No.069534440012. For Petitioner in both WPs : Mr.R.Kisoth Kumar For Respondents in both WP.s : Mr.D.R.Arun Kumar COMMON ORDER The petitioners seek a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refund the security deposits with interest being the refundable security deposits made by the petitioners for the purpose of commissioning solar power plant.

2. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have commissioned the solar power plant and it is working. The liability of the 1 st respondent to pay is 3/7

also not in dispute.

3. Considering the same, there will be a direction to the 1 st respondent to refund the security deposits in respective writ petitions with appropriate interest as provided in the contract within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
