PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus by directing the Respondents to refund the Rs.10,00,000/- payable to the petitioner towards refundable security deposit in the account of the Petitioner's Solar Power Plant HTSC No.079534620036. This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to refund the Rs.10,00,000/- payable to the petitioner towards refundable security deposit in the account of the Petitioner's Solar Power Plant HTSC No.079534620036.
2. It is not disputed that the petitioner has commissioned the solar power plant and it is working. The liability of the first respondent to pay is also not in dispute.
3. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to refund the eligible amount to the petitioner with appropriate interest as provided in the contract if there is no legal impediment within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by Registry that a typographical error has crept in the order dated 27.11.2025 wherein, the HTSC number has been wrongly typed as '079534620036' instead of '079534620086' in the prayer portion which has got reflected in para 1 of the order as well and therefore, it is prayed that necessary corrections may be made in the said portion of the order. 3 This Court perused the case bundle and finds that HTSC number has been inadvertently typed as '079534620036' and hence, the same shall stand corrected as '079534620086' in the prayer portion as well as in para 1 of the order dated 27.11.2025. .
4. Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
