(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "To issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents for immediate investigation, obtain all specific bills, ensure the recovery of the manipulated public funds, and mandate strict action against the implication officials, including the 3rd respondent (Audit Department) for approving the unauthorised transactions."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complaints have been made to the District Collector on 08.01.2024, 15.07.2024 and 30.09.2025, but the complaints are not being enquired into.

3. The complaints made by the petitioner shall be duly examined by the competent authority and thereafter, if any substance is found, appropriate action, if required, may be taken.
