This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, for the speedy disposal of Crl.M.P.No.13247 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant submitted that the petitioner filed a complaint in S.T.C. (SR) No.2085 of 2024 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, along with a petition in Crl.M.P.No.13247 of 2024, to condone the delay of 31 days, in which notice was ordered and the petitioner also served the notice on the accused. Despite service of private notice, the accused did not appear before the Court and the learned trial Judge, without passing any order on the condone delay petition, has been adjourning the matter repeatedly. He would further submit that the matter was already argued on 19.08.2024 and no orders have been passed till date.

Taking into consideration the fact that the respondent/accused has been served with the notice and the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant has already argued the matter on 19.08.2024 itself, the learned trial Judge is directed to pass orders in Crl.M.P.No.13247 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
