This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28056 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that final report has been filed.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28056 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
