ORDER
Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant(s).
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some error has been crept in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 27.11.2025. The said paragraph Nos.3 is to be replaced as follows:
"3. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsels and taking into account the circumstances of the case, this
Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner, in para No.6, of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.18279 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.112 of 2024, dated 09.10.2025, as follows: "6.
Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified. The petitioner is granted a further period of three months, and thereafter, he shall appear before the Special Court once every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph No.3 in the order dated 27.11.2025, and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.18279 of 2025 in para No.6 in Crl.A.NO.112 of 2024, dated 09.10.2025 for further period of two months, on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsels and taking into account the circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner, in para No.6, of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.18279 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.112 of 2024, dated 09.10.2025, as follows:
"6.
