Heard Ms.M.Sneha, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner had been issued with subpoena witness to produce documents before the trial Court. For non-appearance, the Sub Court, Tiruvarur has issued NBW to the revision petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has utmost respect for the Court proceedings and he is not in a position to appear on 27.11.2025, as he has to attend a conference at Raichur. The document in 2/5

support of the said conference is also produced before me. 4.In the light of the above, I am inclined to recall the non-bailable warrant issued by the Sub Court, Tiruvarur, on condition, the petitioner shall appear in person on 01.12.2025, along with the relevant records and comply with the subpoena notice issued by the Court below. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5.In view of the limited prayer and relief being granted, no serious prejudice is caused to any of the parties and hence, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
