ORDER
This petition has been filed challenging the order in Na.Ka. No.5583/2025/ A4 dated 08.10.2025 passed by the first respondent and quash the same.
2. This Court after hearing the parties vide order dated 22.01.2026, referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court for mediation. Mediation is completed and settlement is entered into the petitioner, second respondent and Malini Kishor, daughter of second respondent
vide settlement agreement dated 28.04.2026 and the same is produced before this Court.
3. In view of the above, since the issue arising in the writ petition is referred to mediation and settlement agreement is entered into, this Court is of the view that no further order is required. The Settlement Agreement dated 28.04.2026 shall form part and parcel of the order.
4. Accordingly, this petition stands closed. No costs.
