ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the cash deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in para No.7(i) and deposit the original registration certificate of the vehicle 7(ii) in order by dated 06.10.2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1444/2025 by producing the document on the value of the car and thus render justice.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to final crisis he is unable to mobilise funds and unable to comply with the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(i) and with regard to condition imposed in paragraph No.7(ii) the original documents are with the first respondent, he was not able to deposit the original registration certificate. Hence seeks indulgence of this Court.

3. Heard. Perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts of the case and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(i) of the order with regard to deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- and the said condition remains unaltered. However, with regard to condition imposed in paragraph No.7(ii) with regard to deposit of the original documents, the same is deleted. It

is also made clear that the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(i) and deposit the amount within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
