ORDER
2/4 This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to release the retainer fee claimed by the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2024, which was forwarded by the 1st Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Thanjavur.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner, conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
