ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 25.08.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the prayer to this petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's online application seeking for issuance of separate patta, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court,

after hearing the objections, if any, from neighbouring land owners or any other third party.

4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the online application dated 25.08.2025.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application dated 25.08.2025 seeking for issuance of separate patta for the property more fully described in the prayer to this petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners or any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
