Umakanth Government Advocate For R1 To R4 Order Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 05.12.2025, the parties to this writ petition had inspected the property situated in Plot No.124, Tamil Nadu Secretariat Staff Cooperative Housing Society, Okkiam Thoraipakkam Village, Kancheepuram District. The administrator states that Plot No.124 of the said layout continues to be vacant and the petitioner can take possession of the same at any time he pleases. It is categorically stated that the property is not occupied or encroached upon by Arulmighu Sri Devi Karumariamman Temple as alleged in the writ petition.
2. In the light of the stand taken by the first respondent, the petitioner is entitled to the plot allotted to him bearing No.124, Tamil Nadu Secretariat Staff Cooperative Housing Society, Okkiam Thoraipakkam Village, Kancheepuram District. The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in favour of the first respondent Society being the cost of survey. __________Page 2 of 4
