ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.05.2024, seeking rectification of the alleged wrong entry made in the online computer map/sketch for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.05.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation, dated Page No.2 of 4

30.05.2024, seeking rectification of the alleged wrong entry made in the online computer map/sketch for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
