ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the petitioner's revision petition dated 16.06.2025 pending on the file of the fifth respondent.

2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 7. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 8 to 14, notice to respondents 8 to 14 is dispensed with by this Court.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the fifth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 16.06.2025, after hearing the objections of respondents 8 to 14 and any other third party whom the fifth respondent deems it fit to enquire and by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fifth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's revision petition dated 16.06.2025, after hearing the objections of respondents 8 to 14 and any other third party whom the fifth respondent deems it fit to enquire and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
