ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioners is owned by them, based on their online application dated 17.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioners had submitted an application through on-line on 17.10.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He has placed on record written instructions received by him from the third respondent dated 09.12.2025 stating that a person by name Ravichandran is objecting to survey and demarcate the land in question by the Tahsildar.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the third respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of Mr. Ravichandran as well as any other party as the third __________Page 2 of 4
respondent deems fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to Mr.Ravichandran and also to any other party, if the third respondent deems fit to enquire.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
