This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in __________Page 1 of 4

the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Since the aforesaid representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.Since the petitioner has not submitted an online application for issuance of patta, necessarily, he has to file a fresh online application with the respondents for issuance of patta.

7. For the forgoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, the fourth respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner along with the online application within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
