ORDER

This writ petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to implement the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.2 at Salem in Crl.M.P.No.3282 of 2025 on 17.09.2025 within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the directions issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.3282 of 2025, an enquiry is being conducted in Current Paper No.269 of 2025 by the third respondent. He further submitted that so far counter parties have been summoned and they have been examined. Due enquiry would be conducted after enquiring the complainant and report will be submitted to the learned Magistrate II, within a period of four weeks. 2/4

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the third respondent to complete the enquiry in Current Paper No.269 of 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Salem. No costs.
