ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to further extend the time granted to comply with the order dated 24.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.19521 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19192 of 2025. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to his financial constraints, he has also been recently hospitalized for medical treatment, which further strained his ability to raise the necessary funds in time. Hence, he prays further extend the time granted to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19521 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19192 of 2025, dated 24.10.2025.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by two weeks to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 24.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.19521 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19192 of 2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
