ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of their appeal dated 24.05.2023 pending on the file of the second respondent. The petitioner, aggrieved by the order of the third respondent, has preferred the aforesaid appeal before the second respondent.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 24.05.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal and pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 24.05.2023, pending on the file of the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No costs.
