Pleader Order st respondent This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1 to consider petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 for correction of entries in the birth register pertaining to Regn. No.B-2023:33-19789-000293 and to issue a corrected birth certificate in the name of Nitheyamugunthan Arun Kumar within a stipulated period.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that while issuing birth certificate, the name of her minor child born on 24.08.2023 has been wrongly mentioned as "A.R.Nitheyamugunthan" instead of "Nitheyamugunthan Arun Kumar", mother name has been wrongly mentioned as "D.Radha" instead of "Radha Dhanasekaran" and father's name also wrongly mentioned as "M.Arun Kumar" instead of "Arun Kumar M.". According to the petitioner, the error has been occurred. Hence, she had given a representation for correctness of the name pertaining to the Regn. No.B-2023:33-19789-000293, dated 01.09.2023 along with necessary documents on 08.10.2025. But the respondent has failed to act __________Page 2 of 5

upon her representation. Hence, she seeks a direction.

3. Heard Mr.J.Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 and pass orders on its own merit on considering the documents produced in this regard within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
