Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2025 for regularization of his employment as Tank Operator in Bargur Panchayat, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2025, seeking 2/6

regularization of his employment as Tank Operator in Bargur Panchayat, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2025 seeking regularization of his employment as Tank Operator in Bargur Panchayat, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
