PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3 rd respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 25.08.2025 presented by the petitioners on 28.08.2025 vide receipt No.6728/25 and document no. P/Chinna Salem/23/2025 on the file of the 3 rd respondent.

ORDER
The petitioners presented sale deed dated 25.08.2025 for registration. In response, the petitioners received a communication stating that an objection petition was received in respect thereof. Therefore, the petitioners 2/7
have filed this writ petition seeking a direction for the registration and release of the above mentioned sale deed.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. The fourth respondent is the vendor of the petitioners.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the objection petition would be considered and disposed of within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners and the objector.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the objection petition within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners and the objector. Thereafter, 3/7
necessary measures in relation to the registration of the instrument presented for registration by the petitioners shall be taken within one week therefrom. No costs.
