This application has been filed by the applicant to receive additional documents set out in the schedule to the petition as additional evidence in OP No.108 of 2025.

2. According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the main petition and at the time of filing the petition, the mentioned documents are not available with him and thereafter, obtained the documents recently. Therefore, filed this application.

3. In this case, there is no respondent.

4. Considering the nature of application and the evidence has not been recorded so far, this application is filed to include the documents. As far as the admissibility, relevancy and proof, it cannot be tested through this application. This 2/4

application is filed only to grant leave for production of documents belatedly.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and facts and circumstances of the case, in order to give a chance to the applicant, therefore, this petition is allowed and the documents can be received subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.
