ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for not obeying the order passed in W.P.No. 8664 of 2014 dated 19.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8664 of 2014 dated 19.09.2023 has been duly complied with and thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition.

4. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
