ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.12.2014 in W.P.No.33941 of 2014 by the respondent.

2. Mr.C.Gauthamaraj, learned Government Advocate informs the Court that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33941 of 2014, has been complied with vide proceedings of the Tahsildar, Madurantakam, dated 11.02.2026, however, the request of the petitioner has been turned down.

3. Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 11.02.2026, if he is so aggrieved.
