ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Sub Court, Tiruchencode to dispose the petition filed by the petitioner in IA.No.2 of 2025 in HMOP.No.75 of 2024.

2. The respondent herein filed the above said HMOP seeking divorce. The above said OP was decreed ex-parte on 26-11-2024. Hence, the petitioner 1/3

filed an application to set aside the ex-parte decree of divorce along with the petition to condone the delay.

3. The condone delay petition was numbered as IA.No.2 of 2025 and the respondent herein filed counter to that application. Though IA was posted for enquiry as early as 04-07-2025, the enquiry is not yet completed. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the petition filed by the petitioner to condone the delay in filing petition to set aside the ex-parte decree was taken up for enquiry as early as July 2025, this Court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
